01Service Agreements
These Terms of Service govern the AI website design, chatbot, lead capture, CRM integration, and email automation services provided by Launch Pro Website (“we”, “us”). By engaging our services or using any website or system we deliver, you (“the client”) agree to these terms. A separate project agreement may outline scope, timeline, and fees specific to your build.
02AI Website & Chatbot Setup
We design, configure, and deploy your AI website and its integrated chatbot, forms, booking, and automation around your business — including FAQs, customer journey, chat behaviour, and booking process. You agree to provide accurate business information and timely feedback so the system can be built and maintained correctly.
03CRM and Automation
Your website connects to your CRM to capture, organize, and follow up with leads automatically. You are responsible for maintaining access to your CRM account and for the accuracy of any data, pipelines, and automations operating within it. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party CRM platform changes.
04Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedule, and any recurring charges are defined in your project agreement. We build and show you a free live demo first; paid setup work begins once any required deposit is received. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may pause ongoing work or automation services.
05Cancellation
Either party may end ongoing services with written notice as defined in your agreement. Setup fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Recurring services stop at the end of the paid period. We will reasonably assist with handover of any system configuration you own.
06Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests promptly, and use the website and its systems lawfully. You are responsible for communications sent through the system, the content of your FAQs and automations, and for complying with laws applicable to your business and your customers.
07AI Limitations
AI is a powerful tool but is not infallible. It may occasionally produce inaccurate responses, misunderstand intent, or fail to capture information. The system is designed to escalate to a human where appropriate. You remain responsible for reviewing leads, appointments, and customer communications before acting on them.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Pro Website is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost leads, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of the website or system. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Launch Pro Website operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
